The PROGRAMME
The KFM Professional Instructor Development Program is the start of an amazing
multi-dimensional journey into the world of physical and emotional
investigation. The KFM PRO-IDP is definitely not a copy of this or that,
nor is it a conglomerate of techniques extracted from different styles. On
the contrary – it
is a perfectly planned and defined unity of concepts and principles,
fruit of long, rigorous and tested introspection. Clearly the objective for
KFM is the development of high calibre Instructors to secure the correct
transmission of KFM. A high level of learning is required in order to make
the graduation at the end of each year. Rank in KFM cannot be bought and
graduation is not given purely as a consequence of payment of the IDP fee.
In this way, official teachers of KFM will always maintain a high level.
HOW DO I START?
To start onto the professional journey you can join directly the PRO-IDP,
or you can decide to attend first an introduction IDP
Intro Seminar (Introduction to the KFM Instructor Development Program)
THE STRUCTURE
If on completion of the IDP INTRO SEMINAR you decide that
you want to become a KFM INSTRUCTOR you will be welcomed to join the
KFM PRO-IDP (Professional Instructor Development Program). The First
Level of the KFM Professional Instructor Development Programme is divided
into three phases of learning, which will take you all the way to the black
belt and to be a KFM APPRENTICE INSTRUCTOR. Both the technical information
and the concepts and principles are presented in a clear and simple
form, with the objective to give to each person, straight from the beginning,
a good confidence to transmit to the students. Each Phase of training
investigates a specific part of the program, which is presented with the
support of full teaching and information manuals.
PRO-IDP PHASE 1 (YEAR 1)
The first phase of training studies and investigates the following programs:
• WHITE
• YELLOW
• ORANGE
On successful completion of the first phase the candidate will be assessed
and certified as:
STUDENT INSTRUCTOR IN PRACTICE
PRO-IDP PHASE 2
(YEAR 2)
The second phase of training studies and investigates the following programs:
• GREEN
• BLUE
• BROWN
On successful completion of the second phase the candidate will be assessed
and certified as:
INSTRUCTOR IN PRACTICE
PRO-IDP PHASE 3 (YEAR 3)
The third phase of training studies and investigates:
• THE FULL BLACK BELT PROGRAM
On successful completion of the third phase the candidate will be examined
to receive the:
BLACK BELT LEVEL 1
The candidate will be assessed and certified as:
Apprentice inSTRUCTOR
PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - YEAR ON HOLD
In case you have started your professional journey onto the PRO-IDP LEVEL
1 but, for justified personal reasons, you need to SLOW
DOWN and have some TIME OFF you don’t need to panic! You can decide
to STAY ON HOLD for a period of time continuing to MAINTAIN YOUR LEVEL,
YOUR POSITION and THE RIGHTS YOU HAVE ACHIEVED… And then re-start
again from where you left when you are ready!
