Cancellation & Refund Policy

The following conditions describe the circumstances under which refunds will be given due to the cancellation of a booking or of the event*.
All timings below refer to the time at which a cancellation request is received via email to info@keysikfm.com.

More than 4 weeks prior to the event*

Requests to cancel a booking more than 4 (four) weeks prior to the event* will be paid less a 25% cancellation fee. More than 2 weeks prior to the event*

More than 2 weeks prior to the event*

Requests to cancel a booking more than 2 (two) weeks prior to the event* but not falling into the 4 (four) week category above will be paid less a 50% cancellation fee. Less than 2 weeks prior to the event*

No refund will be payable for cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to the event*.

Event* is cancelled by KFM

If an event* is cancelled by KFM for any reason a full refund of the monies paid to KFM will be made. No other compensation will be given.

Refund method

Refunds will normally be made to the same credit or debit card used to make the original booking. Refunds will be made via cheque if the card has subsequently expired or for any other reason cannot be used to receive the monies due.

In case of a one day event (be it a seminar, a workshop, a class, a training session, a conference,ect) by EVENT we refer to the exact day of the specific seminar, workshop, class, training session, conference,
In case of a full weekend event (be it a seminar, a workshop, a class, a training session, a conference,ect) by EVENT we refer to the first day of the specific seminar, workshop, class, training session, conference,

In case of a course (be it an instructor course of any level, a kfm evolution course, or any other specific courses organised by KFM) by EVENT we refer to the first day of the course.
